Coverage

We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted bags with a lifetime warranty that covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. Each bag is made specially for you, and while you might notice some slight imperfections, these are part of what makes your bag unique and doesn’t affect its functionality.

Like your favorite bike components, our bags will develop character over time. Natural wear and tear from regular use, such as friction against your bike’s metal parts or sun discoloration, isn’t covered under the warranty. This is perfectly normal for bicycle bags and shows they’re being put to good use!

Repairs

If your bag needs some love, we’re here to help. The cost will depend on the extent of the damage, reach out to us and we’ll assess the situation.

Returns

Since each bag is custom-made to your specifications, we unfortunately can’t accept returns unless there’s a defect in manufacturing. To initiate a return, the bag must be unused and with all its original packaging and tags. Contact us to request a return.

Bag Care

To keep your bag in top condition, we do not recommend machine washing it or sun drying as this can affect the fabric’s colors and water-proofing. Clean it with a damp cloth and mild soap without detergent.
